The AGM of the Hampshire Field Club and Archaeological Society, and its Archaeology, Historic Buildings, Landscape & Local History Sections was held on Wednesday 25 November 2020, on Zoom

- Matters arising
- Election of Officers: the following posts were filled by the below named; in both cases the AGM gave unanimous approval:
(i) Treasurer: Valerie Archibald
(ii) Secretary: Jane Wheeler
- President’s report, and reports from the Chairs of the Archaeology, Historic Buildings, Landscape & Local History Sections
(i) Full Section Chair reports: Local History
- Treasurer's report and Accounts to 31 December 2019
- Election of Ordinary Members of Council and Section Committee Members:
(i) John Ashworth was elected as an Ordinary Member of Council
(ii) Jane Wheeler was elected to the post of Treasurer, Archaeology section
(iii) Chair - Local History Section
(iv) Mary Harris, Edward Fennell and Barry Jolly were elected as committee members for the Local History section
- Motions:
- A motion to change the Constitution to permit online payments with two approvers was agreed by a majority vote
- Any other business:
President's Lecture
The Hampshire Field Club AGM is normally followed by the President's Lecture. In May 2020, this was to have been given by Jo Loosemore. As her lecture on the Mayflower's 400th anniversary had to be cancelled we have put together some online resources instead:
